ERP Finance Functional Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst to assume a critical role in the Digital Transformation team as a Finance Functional Lead for our ERP implementation.
This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring alignment between business objectives and project timelines, fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, and developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
About the Role:
* Functional Lead for Finance modules on ERP implementation: The selected candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing that all financial aspects of the ERP implementation align with organizational goals and deadlines.
* Collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Operations teams: The ideal candidate will work closely with these departments to gather and validate business and system requirements, promoting open communication and shared understanding.
* Documentation and process development: A key aspect of this role is to develop and maintain detailed documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
* UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination, test script preparation, and system and process training support: The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating UAT activities, preparing comprehensive test scripts, and providing expert support for system and process training.
* Troubleshooting and issue resolution: This role involves troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating the resolution of bugs, defects, or process gaps, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
* System testing and quality assurance: The successful candidate will conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to guarantee optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field: We seek candidates with a solid educational foundation in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or support roles: Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in ERP implementation or support roles, preferably with hands-on expertise in Deltek Maconomy.
* Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes: The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes across various domains, including O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, and Time & Expense.
