We're seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our Rathmines kitchen and drive our menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and creative cooking with international influences.
The Role
As Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations at our Rathmines location (60+ seater restaurant, open 10am–10pm daily). You'll be responsible for quality control, menu development, kitchen management and maintaining our high standards of service and hygiene.

Required:
You must have your own valid work permit or EU citizenship as this cannot be provided.
Must have very good speaking and writing English
Must have 3+ years in a similar role
Must be available within 2 weeks
