We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Reservations Manager to join our wonderful team
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all individual, group, corporate, and OTA reservations.
* Ensure all enquiries and bookings are handled promptly and accurately.
* Maintain rate codes, packages, and restrictions in Hotsoft PMS in line with revenue strategy.
* Ensure rate parity across all connected distribution channels.
* Monitor daily booking pace, pick-up, and cancellations, reporting trends to the Revenue Manager.
* Handle rooming lists, deposits, and cancellations in accordance with policy.
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reservations reports.
* Liaise with Revenue, Sales, and Front Office to support forecasting, promotions, and guest requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 23 years hotel reservations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Proven experience using Hotsoft PMS (desired).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
