Meath seeking a Quality Coordinator to support their quality, regulatory, and supply chain functions.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and process improvement within a regulated environment.About the RoleReporting into the Supply Chain Manager and working closely with the Regulatory team, you will play a key role in maintaining documentation, supporting quality processes, and ensuring internal systems are accurate and up to date.The company operates a fully outsourced manufacturing model, so strong document control and coordination skills are essential to ensure smooth communication across suppliers and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain document control systems (SOPs, specifications, batch documentation, quality records)Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)Maintain SharePoint and internal databases to ensure documentation accuracy and accessibilityAssist with continuous improvement initiatives across quality and supply chain processesSupport supplier documentation tracking (COAs, SDS, regulatory documentation)Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and Regulatory teamGenerate reports and track KPIs using internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralRequirements1–3+ years' experience in document control, quality coordination, or administrative support within a regulated environment (chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar)Strong IT skills, including SharePoint and Microsoft OfficeExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems is advantageousExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsComfortable working across multiple functions and managing competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsA background in chemicals, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, or regulated manufacturing would be beneficial but is not essential.If you are interested in learning more, please reach out for a confidential discussion.
