Production Facility Manager
We provide a comprehensive textile rental and laundry service to various industries, including workwear, chef wear, linens, entrance mats, mops, and hygiene equipment for public facilities.
We operate in four business sectors: Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear, and Facility.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily maintenance and engineering operations within high-volume production facilities.
* Develop, update, and implement maintenance procedures.
* Evaluate and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
* Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Establish and manage preventative maintenance programs.
* Plan and execute the installation of new equipment and machinery.
* Lead, train, and support the engineering team for skill development and operational efficiency.
* Deliver successful engineering projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant craft apprenticeship or third-level qualification.
* Substantial experience in engineering and maintenance management.
* Background in processing/manufacturing environments, preferably with an electrical or maintenance focus.
* Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with plant utilities and related systems.
