This role can be a consultancy position if required for 1-2 days per week. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient payroll management for our clients. QualificationIPASS Qualification or equivalentRequirements• Minimum of 4 years payroll experience• IPASS qualification is essential.• Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.• Good planning and organisational skills with excellent time management.• Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance when required.• Flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team approach.Role Description·Processing of weekly / bi-weekly / monthly payroll both timesheet and salary based·Calculation of bank holidays and annual leave calculation for both part-time and full-time employees·Payroll journals·Payroll reconciliations
