Job Title: Building Maintenance Operative Pest Control

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our Rathcoole team in the role of Building Maintenance Operative. In this position, you will carry out general building maintenance and basic repairs to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
* Carry out general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
* Inspect and maintain equipment, fixtures, doors, and windows.
* Assist with pest-control activities, including monitoring, treatment, and proofing work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine preventive maintenance and report major repair needs.
* Maintain accurate records and service reports.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about work carried out and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience with general building maintenance or similar practical work.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
