Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging; we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.This role is directly responsible for segmenting the market, identifying prospects, building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support.Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities across SSADrive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with direct clientsUse a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to clientsCreate compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regionsLiaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives-Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and servicesCreate persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studiesEnsure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer serviceUpdate clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practicesThis role will be based in Johannesburg.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Experience in brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experienceStrong experience and understanding of South Africa's economy.Experience across the wider SSA marketExpert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketingKnowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buyingProven performance winning the support of key stakeholdersProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goalsPreferred Qualifications: Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentCreative, outside-the-box thinker and strategistExcellent communication and presentation skills-A team player and collaboratorPassion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom upJob InformationAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
