The 4* Bloomfield House Hotel, situated 5 mins from Mullingar is currently seeking a part-time Carvery Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team to provide the highest standard of food preparation quality and presentation.
* To monitor and deliver the HACCP programme to ensure effective standards in line with hygiene and quality regulations.
* To provide excellent guest care at all times, always with a smile and positive manner.
* To maintain costs associated with food production and wastage.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a carvery environment desirable.
* Chef de Partie for a minimum of 2 years
* Must be able to follow pre-determined recipes, as well as initiative to create own superb dishes.
* Experienced and fully trained on HACCP
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
* Flexible and able to work as part of a team and individually
* Passion/flair and attention to detail for food production and presentation.
