This position is a permanent one so it is not suitable for students.Supervisor required to assist the manager ensure our customers receive a high level of customer service and food quality. We are a day time operation so no night shifts.Role of cafe supervisor would include:Welcoming customers into Sugar and Spice warmly and efficiently while seating them or directing them to the take out area.Contribute to the front of house team, nurturing respect, inclusivity & efficiency to enable the team fulfill the companies mission.Ensure the cafe area, barista area, deli area and customer bathroom facilities are clean, tidy and stocked up continuously throughout the day.Operate the barista station keeping it clean, tidy and restocked at the end of the day.Operate the deli station keeping it clean, tidy and restocked at the end of the day.Operate the till station keeping it tidy.Operate the floor (waiting tables) while communicating with the kitchen & wash up to ensure efficiency.
