We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from €28,000 to €29,000 depending on experience. Additionally, we provide onsite parking, career progression opportunities, and a flexible work schedule with one weekend shift every 2 weeks.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service, selling solutions, and supporting the branch.
You will follow enquiry management processes, advise customers on best solutions, upsell products and services, deliver excellent customer service, handle complaints, and complete office administration tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a retail or telephone sales background, office administration experience, excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask with good organizational skills.
