MSL Motor Group is seeking a
Creative Lead & Digital Data Specialist
to join our Group Marketing team.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can combine creative leadership with digital performance expertise across one of Ireland's leading automotive groups, representing prestigious brands including Mercedes-Benz, smart, Škoda, BYD, and Xpeng.
You will lead the creative direction for multi-brand campaigns while managing and optimizing the
MSL website and third-party digital platforms
(such as Carzone and DoneDeal) to drive traffic, engagement, and enquiries. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on brand presence and digital performance.
Key Duties And Responsibilities To Include
Creative Leadership
* Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, events, and digital content across all MSL brands.
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for multiple marques.
* Oversee production of print, video, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Digital Data & Performance
* Manage and optimize the MSL website and third-party digital platforms (Carzone, DoneDeal, etc.).
* Track and analyse digital performance metrics (SEO, PPC, social, lead generation).
* Develop dashboards and reports to inform marketing decisions.
* Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and lead conversion.
CREATIVITY & INNOVATION
* Ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas for multi-brand campaigns.
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential.
* Strong visual sense and attention to detail in content creation.
DIGITAL EXPERTISE
* Expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO/SEM best practices and Excel.
* Familiarity with website management, UX and third-party digital platform reporting.
COMMUNICATION
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and report writing skills
ORGANISATION & INITIATIVE
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
* Team player, willing to learn and share skills
Desirable Experience And Skills
* Degree in Marketing, Design, Data Analytics, or related field.
* 5+ years in a creative/digital marketing role, ideally with multi-brand experience.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative work
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong project management skills.
