We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top engineering talent to drive business growth.

* Sourcing and attracting top engineering talent through multiple channels
* Building and managing strong candidate pipelines
* Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements
* Using data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine recruiting strategies

* 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong ability to source and attract top engineering talent through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub etc.
