This role is ideal for someone with a strong trades background, excellent attention to detail, and solid experience delivering high-quality finishes on residential projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee finishing works on-site to a high standardCoordinate and supervise finishing subcontractorsEnsure quality control across all internal and external finishesWork through snag lists and address issues raised by buyersLiaise with site management to ensure deadlines and standards are metMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site environmentIdeal Candidate:Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on housing or apartment projectsTrades background (carpentry, plastering, etc.) preferredExcellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to qualityAble to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight deadlinesStrong communication and organisational skillsThis is a permanent role with a growing company and long pipeline of work.Apply now with your CV.INDSD
