Job Overview
This role aims to provide business support for continuous improvement and change through the development and optimization of workforce management integrated solutions.
* The ideal candidate will manage current integrations, develop bespoke solutions, test system updates and legislative changes, improve business processes and create data reports to drive business improvements.
* Responsibilities include managing master data tables, job mapping and business structure changes within the workforce management system, resolving technical issues and participating in product implementation from discovery through design, build, test and user adoption.
We are seeking an independent thinker, problem solver and innovative solution finder who can work effectively as part of our Operations team.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years experience integrating a Workforce Management system with Boomi Developer Certification and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Boomi Integration Certification.
* UKG Workforce Central or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) module configuration experience.
* Able to deploy integration templates and modify them as needed.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver concise data presentations.
