Job Description:
* Project Manager - Equipment Optimization
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility in Ireland. This is a 12-month contract position that will play a crucial role in maximizing the availability of site process equipment and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide engineering services to the plant, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime of all Site Process Equipment and Utilities.
* To manage capital engineering projects within the site, following a structured project lifecycle approach.
* To support engineering teams in controlling process equipment uptime and optimizing efficiencies.
* To identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations and reliability of equipment and processes.
* To liaise with internal and external engineering personnel and maintenance providers for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation/commissioning.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical/Chemical/Process).
* Extensive site experience in API manufacturing/O SD manufacturing/BioPharm.
* Proven track record in delivering capital projects, including new equipment, utilities, and facilities.
* Good knowledge of change control and C&Q processes.
* Demonstrated project management skills, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
