We are seeking a Legal Secretary/PA to join our small but busy firm in Limerick City. The position is a part-time position working from our office in the city centre. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office and assisting solicitors with a wide range of tasks. Key Responsibilities: General office administration and secretarial duties Dictation typing and preparation of legal documents Arranging appointments and managing client communications Assisting with file management and case organisation Requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (legal office experience is desirable) Good interpersonal skills.
