Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to join our team in County Mayo. As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for leading a staff team in supporting individuals to live their preferred life.
Key responsibilities include developing an SRV approach to service provision, training and developing coordinators, and demonstrating leadership in a dynamic environment.
You will provide support and feedback to staff in a valued and respectful manner, presenting concepts and information relevant to SRV-informed and autism-informed approaches.
Creativity and solution-focused thinking are essential in this role, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
* Knowledge of HIQA requirements is essential
* Experience working with individuals on the Autistic spectrum is desirable

Qualification Details:
* A minimum level 7 degree qualification in Social Care or equivalent eligible for CORU registration
* A minimum of 3 years managerial or supervisory experience in the social care sector
