We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our production operations in one section of our manufacturing plant.
About This Role
* Led the production team in achieving key performance targets, including safety, quality, cost, productivity, delivery and sustainability (SQCDMS).
* Managed change/transformation within the operating teams implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma phase journey including AM-Autonomous Maintenance & PM-Progressive Maintenance.
* Served as a role model by effectively coaching/mentoring employees through values/principles alignment with good working relationships between management/trade unions at local level.
/li>Talented candidates will have experience driving operational excellence/process improvements whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant health/safety regulations. Excellent analytical/problem solving skills essential for this critical position where you will work closely with Engineering/Human Resources amongst others.
