Key Responsibilities
* Drive clinical excellence by providing strategic guidance and case management within the Community Mental Health Team.
* Deliver effective outpatient, domiciliary, and review clinics, including regular multidisciplinary meetings.
* Sustain continuity of care, with occasional inpatient responsibilities during cover periods.
* Contribute to service development, clinical audits, and policy implementation.
* Support the professional growth of NCHDs and other healthcare staff through teaching, training, and supervision.
* Engage with local and national initiatives for academic and quality improvement programmes.
