Red Bear Tech is a dedicated company of the ASEE Group, formed to deliver Technology expertise and high-end solutions to Data Centre Construction Projects and high-spec ICT deployments throughout Europe. This role is an entry level position to an applicant with relevant experience or a recent graduate. Reporting to the finance officer (manager) in Dundalk on a 40 hours a week contract, working closely with the Procurement and Commercial teams.
Key Accountabilities/Tasks:
* Creditor statement reconciliations
* Scheduled supplier payments for EU/Non-EU
* Liaising with site managers & suppliers to resolve invoice queries
* Credit Card analysis, posting and reconciliation
* Expenses posting and payments
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
* Assist with reporting requirements and ad hoc tasks
* Assist with bank reconciliations and posting across multiple Entities
* Ad hoc activities as required
Essential Criteria
* Business/Accounting Degree preferred, but will accept applicant with relevant experience in accounts payable in a busy Industry environment
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple locations.
* Ability to work on own initiative, must be open minded to efficiencies and process improvement.
