* Experience working in a risk role, ideally in industry or commercial environments
* Strong ability to implement and embed risk frameworks across organisations
* Comfortable running workshops and collaborating across teams
* Experience coordinating internal audits
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Risk Director this role forms part of a wider finance function. It will play a key role in partnering with business units and ensuring that risk management becomes embedded in the organisation;
* Risk Frameworks – Drive implementation and improvement of group-wide risk practices
* Business Engagement – Collaborate with business units to bring risk policies to life
* Risk Profiling – Maintain and evolve risk registers alongside business units
* Internal Audit – Coordinate the internal audit process with outsourced providers
* Workshops & Awareness – Lead sessions to build understanding of risk
* Reporting – Draft and present reports to senior leadership and risk committees
* Strategic Input – Support wider business objectives including major project initiatives
