Overview

As a qualified Psychotherapist, you will join our team to deliver a comprehensive wellbeing program to our clients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, cross-culturally relevant interventions and ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule on-demand, short-term individual counseling sessions using our booking platform.
* Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions and group interventions addressing a range of psychological and emotional issues.
* Ensure consistent availability that aligns with the overall capacity and scheduling needs of the team, balancing workload and maximizing team efficiency.
* Manage administrative duties, including tracking session data, completing case notes, and scheduling sessions in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records for all individual counseling sessions in line with GDPR compliance.
* Design and deliver psycho-educational training programs focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management skills development.
* Facilitate creative sessions such as art therapy, music therapy, and mindfulness activities to provide diverse therapeutic options for client employees.
* Respond promptly to emails and messages from team members and client employees to support collaboration and client satisfaction.
* Participate in internal team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to team strategies.
* Attend internal supervision sessions to ensure professional development and adherence to best practices.
* Manage clinical risks effectively to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients.
Qualifications & Experience
* Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, Psychology or Social Work
* Full accredited membership with a recognised psychotherapy body (IAHIP, IACP, BACP, etc.)
* Minimum 3 years clinical experience post bachelor’s degree
* Additional clinical education related to short-term, solution-focused interventions
* Certified in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK or ASIST)
* Experience in designing and delivering psycho-educational training programs
* Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience in cross-cultural counselling
* Professionalism and ethical standards in a corporate environment, including confidentiality
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
* Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous
* Strong data management skills for client information and session records
* Ability to adapt in a flexible, fast-growing environment
* Excellent time management and clinical prioritization skills
* Maintains CPD hours per governing body requirements and Zevo policy (minimum 20 hours per year)
