 
        
        Key Responsibilities Develop and review temporary works schemes for tower crane installations, including foundations, supports, and lifting systems.
Carry out risk assessments and prepare method statements for crane erection, operation, and dismantling.
Work closely with crane suppliers, site teams, and project managers to coordinate designs and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
Prepare, review, and approve temporary works drawings, calculations, and installation procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards (including BS ****) and industry best practices.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the safety and integrity of temporary works.
Maintain accurate records of designs, inspections, and approvals.
Provide technical guidance and support to site teams regarding tower crane-related temporary works.
Qualifications & Experience Degree in Civil, Structural, or a related Engineering discipline.
Proven experience in temporary works design and management for tower crane projects.
Excellent understanding of tower crane types, installation processes, and associated works.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar) is advantageous.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, IOSH) are required.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
