Position Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented and fast-paced scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
* Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage OKR-based measures to drive change and achieve strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with company vision and product roadmap.
* Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions in a timely manner.
* Promote and implement best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps principles.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques where appropriate.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of technical leadership and team management.
* Strong experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of how to drive organizational change using OKR-based measures.
* Proficiency in .NET, Azure, and microservices architecture is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience in a SAFe environment is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
* A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
