Job Overview:
This is a two-year fixed-term contract position that requires an organized and efficient individual with excellent IT skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to course leaders
* Manage course data on database systems
* Liaise with the IT department regarding issues relating to course delivery
* Process payments for lecturers and tutors
* Update virtual learning environments (VLEs) for courses
* Address student queries by email and phone
Key Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
Working Conditions:
* Flexible working hours, including occasional Saturdays and evenings
