Payroll Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our finance department and provide essential payroll support.
This is a permanent, part-time position for which the onsite location can be selected from Dublin, Kilkenny or Waterford. The successful candidate will work closely with existing team members in carrying out these responsibilities.
* The role requires providing support in administering payrolls across multiple payroll companies;
* Carrying out day-to-day tasks as generally expected of the department;
* Carrying out various duties including managing payroll queries, supporting benefits administration, ensuring consistent application of laws and practices,
The ideal candidate should have Intermediate Excel skills (essential), experience in payroll processing and strong system skills. They should also demonstrate strong numeracy aptitude,
Able to manage and prioritise tasks effectively. Confident self-starter who can communicate efficiently and use time wisely
