Post specific related information
Demonstrate depth and breadth of post qualification experience in pharmacotherapy, including advanced clinical decision making, complex medication review and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Experience in specialist areas such as chronic disease management, polypharmacy, high risk medicines, or therapeutics is desirable.
