Job Title: Proposal Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bids to secure new business opportunities.
This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our Directors, Bid and Project Managers, and the Proposal and Marketing Team to ensure that all aspects of the bid process are executed efficiently and effectively.
* Coordinate the development of bid documents, including proposals, CVs, and case studies.
* Research and identify potential tender opportunities, tracking and monitoring relevant portals and frameworks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain client relationships, opportunities, and bid progress.
* Support the delivery of quality bid submissions, ensuring timely and accurate uploads.
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of bid processes.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in bid coordination, while contributing to the success of our business.
