Seeking a skilled Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team working in partnership with service users, families, and other key stakeholders to achieve individual goals and objectives.
* Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
* Maintain accurate records of service user progress and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Registration in the Intellectual Disability/Mental Health Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by An Bord Altranais (INMB).
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential, respite, or day service settings.
