Job Type: **Sales Administrator (Part-Time)**
**We are looking for a reliable and friendly Sales Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
**Hours:** 20–25 hours per week (flexible by agreement)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Inputting customer orders accurately on the computer
* Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
* Chasing outstanding payments and following up on overdue accounts
* Dealing with members of the public in a polite and professional manner
* General office administration duties as required
**Skills & Experience:**
* Confident using computers and basic office software
* Good communication skills, both over the phone and in person
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
* Comfortable handling payments and speaking to customers about accounts
* Previous office experience preferred but not essential
