Assistant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
* Train staff members in HACCP and safety procedures, focusing on customer satisfaction.
* Monitor margins, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive solutions.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
* Manage staff rosters and people management, working closely with the Department Manager.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with product and service.
* Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
* Order stock, controlling inventory and waste.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a management position in a fast-paced food outlet.
* Strong business acumen, marketing, leadership, and people skills.
* Excellent communication skills, solution-focused with a high drive and positive attitude.
