At The K Club, we are currently seeking an Golf Services Co-Ordinator to join our Golf Team.

Here’s how you’ll bring our trailblazing vision to life:

* Plans and coordinates the day-today activities for golf services
* Engages effectively with the Golf Committee and other members to identify opportunities to improve member experiences
* Telephone answering to a guest's enquiries regarding tee-times and various miscellaneous enquiries
* Ensuring member's competitions and handicaps operate smoothly.
* Communication with starter and ranger via phone or radios.
* Acts as the key contact for corporate golf day events and functions
* Membership Administration of both Golf Clubs including functions, minutes, membership paperwork, annual dues etc.
* Assist with the management of online systems and The K Club App
* Working closing with both Ladies & Gents Captains
* Assisting with the club diaries
* Assisting with important event days
* Receives Golf Reservation Emails, assisting with various requirements asked, inputting booking details and requirements
* Day to day administration
* Prepares Members Committee Meetings and locations
* Resolves guest and member complaints in a timely and professional manner
