Job Title: Property Assistant We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the repairs and maintenance of our property portfolio, as well as assisting the Property Manager in their day-to-day work. About This Role * The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities management and maintenance, with a proven track record of effective delivery of service. In this role, you will be accountable for managing supplier contracts and maintenance schedules, building strong relationships with external partners, and ensuring that all properties are registered with relevant authorities. You will also oversee the company fleet of vehicles, including insurance and servicing.
