As the Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for managing key laboratory start-up and sustain activities, new product introduction, micro analytical technology transfer, and quality control testing.
This people lead role will involve coordinating and overseeing the activities of our dynamic laboratory team. You will work closely with the microbiology team to support the technical transfer of products through various stages, including method transfer/validation, contamination control strategy, aseptic training, environmental monitoring program, raw materials testing, product testing, in-processing testing, process validation, and facility validation.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in science/quality/technical disciplines and experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry. They will possess leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and presentational skills. Additionally, they will have an in-depth understanding of cGMP requirements for manufacturing and/or systems and compliance, as well as GMP, ICH, USP, and global compendia regulations and guidance.
