Role Overview: Were looking for a hardworking and reliable Prep Chef to join the kitchen team at Fired Up Pizza.
This is a key back-of-house role focused on maintaining our high standards of prep, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.

This role offers €13.50 per hour, Key Responsibilities: Prepare fresh ingredients daily for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning, and marinating.
Follow prep lists and kitchen guidelines to ensure consistent quality and portion control.
Support the pizza chefs with setup, organisation, and restocking throughout the day.
Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and storage areas in line with HACCP standards.
Label, store, and rotate food correctly to maintain freshness and avoid waste.
Assist with deliveries, stock checks, and waste management.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications: Previous kitchen prep experience preferred (pizza or casual dining environment a bonus).
Solid knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Able to work efficiently and stay organised under pressure.
Team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Must have previous experience working in Ireland.
Fluent English.
