Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role. Candidates can be based in Ireland or the UK, with the requirement to visit the Head Office, sites, and company events as needed to fulfil the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Bid and Pre-Qualification Support: Prepare, coordinate, and submit Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and supplier registration documents for clients and frameworks across the UK and Europe. Maintain and update company documentation, policies, and evidence required for PQQs and tenders. Collate input from internal departments (HSEQ, HR, Finance, Operations, Technical, etc.) to ensure complete and accurate submissions. Manage bid timelines and ensure submissions are completed to deadline and in compliance with client requirements.
* Bid Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare professional, branded company presentations and supporting materials for bid interviews and client meetings. Assist in drafting and formatting tender responses, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with Crown’s branding and value proposition. Maintain a library of bid templates, project case studies, staff CVs, and standard company information.
* Commercial and Pipeline Support: Assist the Commercial Director and Estimating team in reviewing and tracking the bid and tender pipeline. Update internal systems with bid progress, outcomes, and feedback to inform future submissions. Support the coordination of internal bid review meetings and ensure action points are followed up.
* Assistance with Business Development: Collaborate with the Marketing team to align bid materials with corporate branding and messaging. Help gather and update project photography, client testimonials, and performance data for use in submissions. Support the preparation of capability statements and client-specific marketing materials.
* General Responsibilities: Support the continuous improvement of bid and PQQ processes, templates, and systems. Undertake administrative and coordination duties as required by the Commercial and Pre-Construction teams. Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications And Experience
* Previous experience in a bid coordination, proposal writing, or marketing support role within construction or engineering (preferred).
* Understanding of construction tender processes, PQQs, and client prequalification systems.
* Degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, or a related discipline (desirable).
