Job Objectives
The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide care to our Service Users. We support your development in providing high-quality care, maintaining professional relationships, and supporting Service Users to reach their full potential and lead meaningful lives.
Daily Responsibilities
* Supporting individuals with their daily plans
* Supporting individuals in the community
* Assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Helping with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
* Adhering to all company policies, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
* Shift work available 24/7
Skills Requirements
* Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided
* Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or related discipline
* Relevant experience is desirable but not essential
* Positive attitude and passion for supporting people
* Full Driver’s Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
