About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and visionary
Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
to join the leadership team of a fast-growing company innovating in the
FemTech and Women's Health
space. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who is excited to shape the future.
As CMO, you will define the
clinical strategy
, ensure the highest standards of
safety and quality
, and act as a trusted voice within the women's health community. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to
develop evidence-based products
,
build clinical credibility
, and scale solutions that have a meaningful impact on women's lives.

Clinical Leadership & Strategy
* Lead the company's clinical vision, focusing on
innovative, evidence-based approaches
to diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
* Develop clinical pathways and guidelines to support
best-in-class patient outcomes
.
* Ensure all products, protocols, and services are compliant with relevant clinical and regulatory standards.
Product & Service Innovation
* Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to design
data-driven, patient-focused solutions.
* Provide medical oversight on diagnostic tools, treatment pathways, and digital health interventions.
* Evaluate and integrate the latest research on
antibiotic resistance, microbiome health, and non-antibiotic therapies
into the company's offerings.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy
* Act as the company's clinical voice in the
women's health and FemTech ecosystem
, raising awareness
* Build relationships with clinicians, researchers, advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in women's health and urology.
* Represent the company at conferences, panels, and in the media to strengthen clinical credibility and brand authority.
What We're Looking For
* Board-certified physician, ideally in
OB/GYN, urology, infectious diseases, women's health
* 5+ years of clinical experience, with
expertise in UTIs or women's health research
highly desirable.
* A passion for transforming women's healthcare,
* Strong understanding of
UK and/or international healthcare systems
, regulatory requirements, and clinical standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence clinicians, researchers, investors, and partners.
