Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to contribute to the accomplishment of our company's human resources practices and objectives.
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, fostering an employee-orientated culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
* Participate in developing and achieving department goals and objectives, identifying opportunities to increase performance, reduce costs, and positively impact metrics through analytical approaches.
Key Responsibilities
* Employee Relations: Conduct thorough investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance hearings in accordance with our organization's policy.
* Compensation & Benefits: Administer our company pension and complete benefits suite, ensuring fairness and equity for all employees.
* Absence Management: Collaborate with our Risk & Liability Manager to support Work Related Injuries, minimizing downtime and promoting employee well-being.
* Performance Management: Support Line Managers with performance concerns, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance employee growth.
* Training & Development: Facilitate Induction of all new employees, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
Requirements
* Qualification: HR Qualification or CIPD Certification is desirable.
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and relevant labor laws.
* Experience: Prior HR generalist experience is essential, demonstrating expertise in human resources management.
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in written communication, highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, excellent IT and administration skills, self-starter, self-motivated, ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
