Engineering Lead – 6-Month Contract, Dublin What’s involved: Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams Drive adoption of engineering best practices, tooling, and delivery methodologies Lead initiatives to automate, simplify, and scale services Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure the right technical capability is in place Contribute to continuous improvement across Corporate & Markets platforms and engineering capabilities What you need: Proven experience leading engineering teams within AML and Fraud domains Strong technical knowledge of AML/Fraud platforms and third-party integrations Experience delivering large-scale enterprise and data-driven solutions Strong systems integration experience, including legacy and SaaS integrations Hands‑on experience with technologies such as IBM WebSphere MQ and MuleSoft Experience working in highly regulated environments and AML regulatory reporting Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe What’s on offer: Flexible working model. 2-3 days per week on site Contract highly likely to extend Vantage Resources is an equal opportunity employer.
