Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic support and manage employee relations. This role requires guiding policy development, supporting talent processes, and collaborating with unions.
Responsibilities:
* Guiding the development of organizational policies and procedures.
* Supporting talent management processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
* Collaborating with union representatives to promote positive industrial relations.
Requirements:
* A relevant Bachelor's degree or CIPD qualification.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a multinational environment.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law and industrial relations principles.
