IP Product Manager (JN -032025-416832) Dublin City Centre, Republic of Ireland
This mid/senior-level role is responsible for the planning, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise network products, including routers and switches. The position requires expertise in IP network technologies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product competitiveness in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead product planning, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise network products.
2. Develop product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Coordinate with R&D, design, testing, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.
4. Analyze industry advancements and competitor offerings to drive product optimization and user experience improvements.
5. Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and drive product enhancements.
6. Support sales teams in product marketing, training, and technical support.
7. Participate in product launches, ensuring smooth market adoption and technical alignment.
8. Utilize data-driven analysis to optimize product performance and decision-making.
Requirements:
* A degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
* Mid/Senior experience in product management, preferably in routers, switches, or enterprise network equipment.
* Strong understanding of IP network protocols, networking technologies, and product lifecycle management.
* Proven ability to analyze market needs and translate them into product development strategies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
* Data analysis capabilities to drive informed business decisions.
* Experience in large-scale network equipment companies or the communications industry is a plus.
* Familiarity with emerging network technologies such as SDN and NFV is an advantage.
