About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our client's growing team in the construction industry in Ireland.
You will work closely with site teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained, helping projects run smoothly, on time, and in line with compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Ensure documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Track and record document revisions and approvals.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure documentation is up to date.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Assist with audits and quality checks on documentation.
Requirements
Previous experience in a document control or administrative role (construction experience preferred).
Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
