Overview:
Savoy Taylors Guild are seeking a driven, energetic individual to add to the sales team in-store, to add to the high level of customer service we provide.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Service - This is a service/sales role, with the customer being the #1 focus of all colleagues.
* Product Knowledge - Every colleague is responsible for keeping their product knowledge up-to-date to provide the best experience to our customers.
* Cashier Duties - Our colleagues bring their customers through their full journey in store, from needs discovery to processing the final transaction at the till point.
* Store/Stock Management - STG Colleagues take on all aspects of maintaining an efficient store, from stock replenishment, floor standards and maintaing Back of House standards.
Qualifications:
* Previous retail/customer service experience is required.
