Job Description
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process by reporting to the Technical Services Manager on all aspects of the maintenance/small works operations. You will work closely with the Project Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge maintenance services in line with HTM and SFG20.
Current requirements are onsite based in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Dublin City.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
* Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.
* Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site.
* Liaise with BIM engineer to update construction models following all upgrade works.
* Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
* Review of work packages to ensure all necessary information & permits are in place to execute the works safely and efficiently.
This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to healthcare, construction, and facilities sectors. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve.
Skills and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 2 years' experience in a site lead role working in a construction or maintenance team with a strong emphasis on Safety and Quality.
* Minimum Level 6 of the QQI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent
* Demonstrable a high level of technical knowledge with practical application.
* A high degree of computer literacy
