Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Oversee inventory management and merchandising to ensure efficient stock levels and effective visual merchandising
* Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while minimizing shrinkage and ensuring accurate cash handling. Requirements include 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in retail, proven leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
