We are seeking a commercially minded, sales savvy professional to work with clients and lead the transition of multiple software upgrades.
About the Role:
* Manage the transition of multiple software upgrades
* Concurrently manage multiple clients and projects
* Deliver new requirements to clients
* Consult with clients on best practices and process improvement
* Oversee day-to-day tasks of the development team
* Run scrum ceremonies
* Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients
* Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams
* Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application
* Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback
* Investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities
* Identify appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process
* Define the scope, priorities, and benefits with stakeholders
* Document business requirements
* Define user acceptance tests
