The successful candidate will partner with line managers to provide HR guidance and support all aspects of employee relations.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and at least 3 years of experience in HR Advisory.
Key responsibilities also include managing disciplinary cases and leading HR projects.
The candidate must hold a relevant qualification and ideally have CIPD membership.
