About the Role
Based on the busy Atrium Road — the main arrival and departure point for coaches at Dublin Airport — this role places you right at the heart of the action. Every day, thousands of passengers pass through this area, and you'll be there as the friendly, helpful face of Bus Éireann, ensuring their journey starts or ends smoothly.
As a Customer Service Officer and Brand Ambassador, you'll be outdoors, welcoming travellers, answering questions, and directing them to the right coach or service. Whether you're helping with ticketing, giving directions, or offering a reassuring smile, you'll play a vital part in shaping each customer's first impression of Bus Éireann and Ireland itself.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role — perfect for someone who enjoys being on their feet, engaging with others, and making a real difference every day.
